Upload leases, reports, invoices, and notices and link them to properties, units, or tenants. Role-based access, data on EU servers. Full-text search and digital signatures are on the roadmap — for now, you search by metadata and folder.

Record damage reports, maintenance jobs, and other tasks internally. Status, ownership, and notes stay in one place. Communication with tenants still runs through your usual channels (email, phone) — a tenant portal is not part of immoMonk today.

Long-term, you'll run immoMonk in conversation with an AI agent — instead of clicking through menus. The agent is in active development and will be released step by step. First functions are already used internally; the public rollout happens during the Open Beta.
